FROM BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE SALSA LESSONS
For students with little to no dance experience
Every great dancer started exactly where you are right now. Level 1 is where it all begins. You will learn the foundational timing, footwork, and basic partnerwork that everything else in Latin dance is built on. No partner needed. No experience required. Just a willingness to show up and move.
What you will work on:
Basic salsa timing and rhythm
How to find the beat in the music
Fundamental lead and follow connection
Simple turns and directional changes
How to be a confident partner from day one
This class moves at your pace and meets you where you are. By the end you will not just know the steps. You will understand why they work.
LEVEL 1: BEGINNER SALSA
For students who know the basics and are ready to go deeper
You have got the foundation. Now it is time to build on it. Level 2 takes everything you learned in Level 1 and pushes it further, sharpening your technique, expanding your vocabulary, and developing the kind of connection that makes your partner actually feel what you are leading.
What you will work on:
Cleaner timing and musicality
Cross body lead and combinations
Turn patterns and directional flow
Stronger lead and follow communication
Reading your partner and dancing with intention
This is where dancing starts to feel less like counting and more like a conversation.
LEVEL 2: BEGINNER ADVANCED SALSA
For students with a solid foundation ready to refine and elevate
Level 3 is where the real artistry begins. You know the language. Now you learn to speak it fluently. This class focuses on musicality, styling, and the kind of connected partnerwork that separates a dancer who knows patterns from one who truly knows how to dance.
What you will work on:
Advanced turn patterns and footwork combinations
On2 timing and deeper musicality
Styling and individual expression within the partnership
Body movement, isolations, and connection quality
Dancing to the structure of the music, not just the beat
If you have been dancing for a while and feel ready to stop going through the motions and start truly moving, this is your class.
LEVEL 3: INTERMEDIATE SALSA
For students who desire individualized attention
Group classes are a great place to find your footing and meet the community. But if you want to move faster, go deeper, and finally get answers to the questions you have been carrying around on the dance floor, a private lesson is where that happens.
Working one on one with Adam means the entire session is built around you. Your goals. Your challenges. Your questions. Adam does not run cookie cutter lessons. He listens first, identifies what is actually holding you back, and builds a session around fixing it at the root rather than patching it at the surface.
His systematic approach to partnerwork and connection means you will leave every session not just with new material but with a deeper understanding of why the movement works the way it does. That understanding is what sticks. That is what shows up on the social floor, at the event, in every dance after this one.
Private lessons are available for leads, follows, and couples. Sessions are offered in 45 and 60 minute formats.
